Return and Refund Policy

 

At Emporeo, we care about your satisfaction. While we ensure every product goes through a strict quality check before shipping, we understand that there may be rare situations where you may need to return or exchange a product. To keep things fair for both our customers and the brand, here is our clear and transparent return & refund policy:

Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for return.

Product Condition

  • The product must be returned in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing packaging/tags will not qualify for return.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • To process claims for damaged, defective, or wrong products, customers are required to record a full and uncut unboxing video from the moment the parcel is sealed until the product is fully opened and checked.
  • Claims raised without proper video proof will unfortunately not be accepted.
  • This ensures complete transparency and protects both the customer and the brand.

Return Responsibility

  • If the return is due to Emporeo’s mistake (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
  • If the return is due to size issues, preference change, or any reason not related to a defect, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Refund Priority

To make the process smooth, refunds will be offered in the following order of preference:

  • Store Credit – Customers will receive the amount as credit in their Emporeo wallet/account for future purchases.
  • Replacement Product – Customers may choose to exchange the item with another product of equal value.
  • Cash Refund – Only if store credit or replacement is not accepted, a cash refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • All refunds or credits will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and passed our quality check.
  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is successfully initiated.
