At Emporeo, we understand that sometimes the size may not fit perfectly or you may prefer a different color. To make your shopping experience stress-free, we offer a simple and fair exchange policy designed to give you confidence while shopping with us.

One-Time Free Exchange

• Every customer is entitled to one free exchange per order, either for a different size or a different color of the same product.
• The cost of shipping for this first exchange will be fully covered by Emporeo.

Further Exchanges

• If the customer wishes to make additional exchanges on the same order (after the first free one), the shipping costs for both sending and returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
• This ensures fairness and prevents repeated exchange requests from adding unnecessary costs for the brand.
