Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.) → Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities → Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on the courier partner and your exact location.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional time for delivery.
Tracking & Transparency
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp/SMS within 24 hours.
- You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s official tracking portal.

Delays Beyond Our Control
While Emporeo ensures timely dispatch and partners with trusted couriers, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays, such as:
Logistics partner delays
- Natural calamities (floods, heavy rains, earthquakes, etc.)
- Regional lockdowns, strikes, or government restrictions
- In such cases, Emporeo shall not be held liable for the delay, but we promise to keep you informed and updated until your order is successfully delivered.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000 only.
- For orders above ₹2,000, customers are required to make a secure prepaid payment using our trusted gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe).
- This policy helps reduce COD-related risks and ensures a smooth delivery experience for high-value purchases.
Delivery Restrictions
- Emporeo currently delivers across India only.
- If your PIN code is unserviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified during checkout or by our support team.

At Emporeo, we care about your satisfaction. While we ensure every product goes through a strict quality check before shipping, we understand that there may be rare situations where you may need to return or exchange a product. To keep things fair for both our customers and the brand, here is our clear and transparent return & refund policy:
Return Window
- Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for return.
Product Condition
- The product must be returned in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing packaging/tags will not qualify for return.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- To process claims for damaged, defective, or wrong products, customers are required to record a full and uncut unboxing video from the moment the parcel is sealed until the product is fully opened and checked.
- Claims raised without proper video proof will unfortunately not be accepted.
- This ensures complete transparency and protects both the customer and the brand.
Return Responsibility
- If the return is due to Emporeo’s mistake (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
- If the return is due to size issues, preference change, or any reason not related to a defect, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
Refund Priority
To make the process smooth, refunds will be offered in the following order of preference:
- Store Credit – Customers will receive the amount as credit in their Emporeo wallet/account for future purchases.
- Replacement Product – Customers may choose to exchange the item with another product of equal value.
- Cash Refund – Only if store credit or replacement is not accepted, a cash refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- All refunds or credits will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and passed our quality check.
- Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is successfully initiated.
